Please join us in welcoming Adewale (Wally) Okanla to our team where he will be taking on the position of Continuous Improvement Manager.
Wally has over 10 years of experience managing continuous improvement projects and has worked within the transportation industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering as well as a master’s degree in business administration. In addition to his impressive degrees, he also holds the following certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM II, PSPO I and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
A CI Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing our company’s overall efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness there are several ways to contribute: driving efficiency, cost reduction, enhancing quality, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, improving customer satisfaction, supporting strategic goals, boosting employee engagement among many others. He will be responsible for managing process improvement projects for our operation in Canada as well as collaborating with our CI team in the USA.
