NH3, frac sand and more.

We continue to strategically diversify and provide premium service across North America, Pro-N2 and their team is an excellent fit with us. Their results driven business model and positive approach compliments our mission at KAG to be One Team Driven to Make a Difference.

This acquisition will add density to KAG Canada’s footprint and expand our services in the agricultural, industrial and oilfield industries. Pro-N2 comes with a large book of NH3 business which when combined with KAG Canada solidifies our #1 market position in the agriculture space – and allows us a defined entry point to the Canadian Merchant Gas market.

The owners, Darren and Darryl Layden, who purchased the company from their father in 2004, will be staying on with the company during this acquisition along with their talented team members consisting of 33 professional drivers, 9 maintenance staff and 7 office staff. This acquisition also includes one location situated on 8 acres of land with a large shop, wash bay and an office including 39 tractors and 85 trailers.
