New RTL Construction Project Manager

Our team in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories is pleased to welcome Richard Francisco to the North as our Project Manager for RTL Construction.

Richard comes to us with 15 years of experience along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MMIE) and is currently working on obtaining his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt along with several other impressive certifications which will add to his success in this position.

With Richard’s knowledge in finance and project management, he will be our subject matter expert for us in creating financial processes, integrating the Bid 2 Win Trimble Construction program into everyday use at RTL Construction, and much more with being responsible for all construction projects taking place within the Northwest Territories.
