Human Resources – New Additions

To support our teams across Canada, we have recently enhanced our recruitment process through the addition of two dedicated recruitment team members working with our terminals to assist us in welcoming new colleagues across KAG Canada. Welcome Aftab Pirani and Liliia Iemelianova! 

Aftab joins our team as a Recruitment Coordinator where he will be working closely with all our terminal locations across Canada, providing support and assistance to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding experience. Aftab holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, specializing in Human Resources, as well as a postgraduate diploma in human resources management.  In addition to his schooling, he carries three years of experience in working in the transportation industry.

Liliia joins our team as a Recruiter with a main focus on recruiting Class 1 Professional Truck Drivers and other recruitment initiatives for non-driving roles across Canada. Liliia holds a master’s degree in law, a master’s degree in psychology and a human resources management course. In addition to her schooling, she comes to us with nearly seven years of human resources experience specializing in recruitment and immigration services.

Additionally, Zana Pehar has joined our team as a Human Resources Administrator. Zana has a forward-facing role supporting employees for programs such as benefits, employment letters, RRSP and Canadian Linen. She holds a master’s degree in journalism and public relations. She brings over five years of experience in her field with two of those being in transportation.
