Operations Leadership Team Promotions

Please join our team in congratulating Lynette McMann and Gray Silva on their promotions to Executive Vice President of KAG Canada and Executive Vice President of Sales for KAG North America, respectively. We are pleased to continue advancing the careers of individuals who have contributed to the overall success of our operations for many years.

Lynette joined our organization 31 years ago and has spent her entire career with KAG serving in many distinct roles as her level of expertise progressed. Her work ethic and dedication to operational excellence and customer service has contributed significantly to the ongoing growth of our Canadian operations.

Diversifying into new product lines, expanding our geographical footprint, and ensuring all lanes are profitable are just some of the areas where Lynette has been instrumental in leading our operations. In addition, she will continue to work with our senior leadership team to ensure we have best-in-class programs for the safety and wellbeing of our employees.

Gray joined KAG as a member of the Management Development Program in February of 2010 and has excelled in various operational roles over the years which has given him tremendous insight into the needs of our current and potential customers across North America. Over the past several years, Gray has grown the scope of our commercial focus, by widening our approach and strategy, while leading an incredibly talented sales team. He will continue to be responsible for commercial leadership across all operating groups within KAG (Energy, Specialty Products, Food Products, Merchant Gas and KAG Canada).
