Operations Promotions – Eastern Canada Update

“I am sharing this exciting Leadership update for our Eastern Operations Team.

Roger Larocque has accepted a promotion to Terminal Manager for Winnipeg. Roger is no stranger to change, challenge and taking on a new role. In his time with the company, Roger has been a Professional Truck Driver and part of both the Safety, and Operations Teams. This step is a natural progression in Roger’s career and taking a chance by stepping into something new has really paid off for Roger and his growth.

We have an outstanding team and many others like Roger have followed a similar path where they started behind the wheel. Our goal remains to identify, assess, and develop internal talent as we never know when someone’s next opportunity will present.

Since Derek Quinn joined the company in early 2022, he has led positive change in our shops and we see morale, and engagement being in a great spot amongst teams! As a result of the many positive outcomes this past year, we have asked Derek to use his most valuable skill of motivating teams and bringing people together in Operations. Derek will assume the role as Director of Operations where he will oversee Brandon, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Toronto, Sarnia, and Ottawa. Mike Larson will take over Derek’s current Fleet responsibilities. An update is to follow. We are looking forward to Derek joining the Ops team!
