We are excited to share recent promotions on the human resources team.

Ashley Webster, Human Resources Business Partner

Ashley started her career with KAG Canada just over 10 years ago in the Edmonton Terminal supporting recruitment. During her seven years in the terminal, Ashley grew to take on the full responsibility of terminal recruitment while also spending time in safety administration.  

In 2021, Ashley joined human resources as a Human Resources Advisor and since that time, has led different human resources programs and most recently has specialized in WCB before taking on this new role as Human Resources Business Partner.

Sandy Harris, Human Resources Business Partner

Sandy joined the company in 2010. Her first role was in the Edmonton Terminal before transitioning over to Human Resources. During her time in HR, Sandy has grown with the team from Administration to Advisor and now Human Resources Business Partner.

Most recently, Sandy has overseen our disability program and has been part of almost all our different programs and projects in her HR career at KAG Canada.

Human Resources Business Partners at KAG Canada are our key HR contacts overseeing and supporting HR matters such as benefits and RRSP programs, retention initiatives as well as providing general leader and employee support.

It is very important to the full human resources team to make sure that everyone at KAG Canada feels welcomed and supported in their work environment and we know that we can count on both these individuals to work towards just that.
