Retaining our greatest asset, our KAG Canada team members, is at the forefront of what we do, and we are very excited for Nicole Walsh to join our terminal in Sarnia, ON as our Retention Coordinator. In Sarnia, she will be working alongside HR Business Partner, Donna Rogers, to ensure our retention initiatives such as 14/42 and 77-day employee check-ins as well as our exit interviews help leaders provide real-time solutions to concerns raised by our newest team members. Our goal is to address employee concerns before the choice to leave our company is made as well as help an employee who was going to leave, stay! Nicole will also support our Recruitment team during peak seasonal recruitment campaigns.
Nicole comes with a BA in Sociology and Psychology, a CHRP (Certified HR Professional), as well as an HR certificate. In addition to her schooling, she has over six years of work experience in human resources in a hospital as well as the manufacturing and construction industries.
