Fleet Services Promotions and a New Team Member

We are fortunate to have a Fleet Services Team comprised of talented individuals across Canada who are eager to take on additional responsibilities and challenges to move our company to the next level of growth and success.

We are pleased to share the well-deserved promotions of Jordan Hiltz and Jared Cole to Fleet Managers and extend a warm welcome to Nicholas (Nick) Rhodes who has joined our team as the Edmonton Tractor Shop Manager.

Jordan, who prior to promotion was our Edmonton Tractor Shop Manager, has 17-years of industry experience and has worked for KAG Canada for the past 11.  

Jared most recently held the role of Winnipeg Shop Manager. He started with Oak Point Service 12-years ago and joined KAG Canada in the 2020 acquisition of Paul’s Hauling and Oak Point.

Jordan and Jared continue to transition from their previous roles and will ensure Nick, and the respective Edmonton and Winnipeg teams, are well positioned to continue the service excellence they have helped establish in those facilities. At the same time, they are assuming new responsibilities working closely with me, and all our terminals and shop facilities across Canada.

Nick brings over 35-years of transportation and leadership experience. He began his career in the United Kingdom where he first completed a 4-year apprenticeship program. In the role of Edmonton Tractor Shop Manager, Nick will manage the day-to-day operations of the shop and will provide support and mentorship to our lead hands and technicians to ensure our trucks are safe and ready for our Professional Drivers.
