Fleet Services Promotions and Restructure
May 26, 2023
In Fleet Services, we are fortunate to have a team comprised of talented individuals who are always ready to take on new challenges and additional responsibilities to not only move the needle for our company but also the transportation industry as a whole.
We are pleased to share the well-deserved promotions and finalized restructure which has taken place within the Fleet Services department. Mike Larson has been promoted to Director of Fleet Services; Amy Wasylishyn has been promoted to Senior Fleet Services Administrator; Nikki Emes has been promoted to Warranty Administrator; Cassandra Mellis has been promoted to Tractor Shop Service Writer; these changes are exciting for our department and its growth.
Mike has been promoted from Director of Fleet Services, West to Director of Fleet Services. With having spent decades in our industry and 10 years at our company, Mike has held many positions and has looked after many projects to assist in not only moving our company forward but also our industry. In addition to his previous role of overseeing Western Canada, he will now be looking after all of our shops across Canada.
Amy has been promoted from Fleet Services Administrator to Senior Fleet Services Administrator. She carries over 18 years of experience in fleet administrative work and has been with KAG Canada for 10 years. In her new role, she will be focusing on managing and maintaining our fleet maintenance tracking system while continuing many of her day-to-day tasks she currently does.
Nikki has been promoted from Tractor Shop Service Writer to Warranty Administrator. She has over 11 years of experience in her field and has been a part of the KAG Canada team since January of 2020. In her new position, she will be looking for warranty opportunities for all our shops across KAG Canada. Nikki will also be working closely with Amy to assist with many fleet services tasks such as our licensing and permit programs.
Cassandra has been promoted from Parts Person to Tractor Shop Service Writer and has been with KAG Canada for nearly two years. In her new role, she will be looking after planning and scheduling for the Tractor shop. She will ensure the data and detail that goes into our maintenance tracking software is clean and correct for future reporting and dashboard data.
Going forward, we will introduce new levels of cross function support between the shops within our regions. We have an upcoming group of leaders within our Fleet Services team that have a high degree of knowledge and skill, and we are looking forward to having some of our team members support and mentor others who are newer in their roles or their time with the company.
Please join us in congratulating Mike, Amy, Nikki and Cassandra in their new positions.
